Perhaps steaming would be better than ironing. . .less of a chance of scorching.

I sent back Nellie- she had dried glue in her hair!
Also, her freckles looked really cheap and fake. My Kit doll has beautiful freckles, but Nellie's . . . .

With all the money they lost on Elizabeth's tea outfit not to count Felicity's new tea outfit, you would think that AG would really get on the stick about quality control.
Part may be that all the returned items get sold with a x on them or with the tags removed so they make out in the long run.
We all know there will be a ton of Elizabeth's dresses going to show up on ebay soon. They will not fit the dolls but will be sold anyway.

That is exactly how mine came,but I got in in January,so I can't send it back now.
Mine came incredibly wrinkled as well. I guess that's the way it's suppose to look, but I'm going to try and iron mine.
